automatic Mail check stopped working

Mail check set to 2 minutes will not check mail accounts automatically. Must manually actuate mail check.
Compared settings with laptop that does perform mail check every 2 minutes.
Same settings.
Any suggestions?

Is your AutoCheck enabled (checked)? (right-click on POP Peeper tray icon -- the "AutoCheck" option should have a check-mark in front of it). Or you can simply check the "Auto Check Enabled" ball in the far lower-right corner of the POP Peeper main interface which should be green (not red which is "Auto Check" OFF).

What type of protocol are you using for your accounts (IMAP, POP3 or Webmail)?

What version of POP Peeper are you using?

What do you see in the PP interface status bar where you see the minutes remaining until next Mail Check?

What happens when the time reaches zero at which time a Mail Check should then occur?

Have you made any changes to the computer that has the problem?

Have you tried rebooting that specific computer?
