just bought the big pack today the one with calendar and plus

poppeeper pro activates
plus pack does not

error is

error (plus pack): invalid license (#1)

I've purchased Pop Peeper plus Pro Pack but when I try to activate Pro Pack I receive error: Error (Plus Pack): Invalid License (#1) (Device: xxxxxxx)

I am also having trouble activating Plus Pack. Will not let me remove the old license. Pop Peeper activated fine. I bought the bundle Pop Peeper and Plus Pack today.

Sorry! If you bought the Plus Pack since yesterday there was a problem with the way that the license key was generated. The source of the problem has been fixed and anybody's license keys that were affected have also been fixed.

The license key that you were provided should now work -- please try activating again and let me know if you have any problems.

I have almost the same problem, plus pack is activated but getting error anyway.

Can you verify that (most) everything under Help / About is "currently" using v5.0? There are some exceptions such as SSL, Updater, and some of the unrelated plugins. But, specifically, AntiJunk and Sent Mail Viewer should be listed at 5.0.

Also, have you restarted POP Peeper?

And, under main menu: Tools / Plugins -- make sure that AntiJunk has a checkbox next to it, which indicates it's enabled.

Note that the last 3 Modules in the "About" window are not listed as 5.0 (including "Sent Mail Viewer").

Have you restarted PP?

Restarted several times, and tried to install a couple of times, Will try a clean install and see if it works. Shouls sent viewr be 5.0? cant update because there is no update available.

Press the "Check version" button on the Help / About page -- that should kickstart things. It's still showing the data from v4.
