Hello,

Using a custom Windows 10 theme, I've been able to change the default font to "Tahoma" NonAntialiased.
Would it be possible to force IE 11 to display messages (in PP) in a NonAntialiased font/quality? - I really don't like ClearType.

Not any supported method. You can take a look at this potential solution:

These solutions are old, though, and only mention Win7 (although one comment mentions it does *not* work on win8.1, so...), but you can change PP's IE-emulation under:
main menu: Tools / PPtweaker / Troubleshooting

Be aware that modifying IE may cause some of your emails (newsletters, most commonly) to not display correctly. So if it doesn't work, be sure to reset that.
