sportman12 -- lakrsrool's assessment is correct, and I think that PP is working as expected. If you're running Thunderbird, then it is likely accessing the account before POP Peeper and deleting the messages from the server. POP Peeper will reflect the messages that are still in the server, not necessarily what's in Thunderbird which stores its own local copies of the messages that it has downloaded.
What you should do to see that it's working is:
1) Exit Thunderbird
2) Send your email address a test message
3) Wait for POP Peeper to retrieve the message
Also, you should consider changing your polling interval, which you've currently set to 2 minutes (main menu: Tools / Options / Mail Check). Many email services don't like people hitting their servers that often and it could get your account suspended. A minimum of 10 minutes is recommended.

sportman12, I have once again removed your post from this topic and once again this is because you included personal information in your attachment. Please remember when you post screen-shots always redact all personal information for security reasons.
In reply to your post, please click on the "Junk View" button (see example below). Messages that are considered "Junk" should then list in your inbox, you can then select each message and either delete the message(s) if you like or optionally mark the message(s) as "Legit" if they are not "junk" by clicking on the "thumbs up" button further to the left of your toolbar (note: if you need to open the message, double-click on message, you can then do the same thing in the POP Peeper Read Window). Post back if this works for you or you have more questions.
Btw sportman12, you may want to check out this link: http://www.esumsoft.com/products/pop-pe ... /#antijunk, the main point is that if a message is considered "Junk" then it will not display in your inbox unless you do what I described above.
