You can view other folders with a Plus Pack and/or Pro license. Note that either license allows you to *view* the messages, although Pro provides more capabilities to *manage* the messages (e.g. moving messages between folders).

Instructions for adding a folder are here:
https://www.esumsoft.com/pop-peeper/faq/?q=aop_folders
I might also mention that there's an extremely good chance that a new method of accessing folders will be added in v6.0.

The OP's question was never answered on how to view the messages. The link was for crating folders not viewing. I used the move to option and selected add folder which came out as INBOX.folder1, INBOX.folder2 etc and moved messages to these folders. How do I access these moved messages now? I do have the Plus Pack and the Pro.

After moving the messages (you wanted moved) to the new folders you created - have you done a "Check Mail" to populate the new folders and messages in POP Peeper for the respective account?

Brianwuz -- The previously provided link tells you how to create a new account that accesses the folder. Once created, that folder behaves just like every other account in POP Peeper, meaning it will retrieve the messages for that folder. As mjs pointed out, the next checkmail will retrieve the messages.

mjs -- I removed your screenshot because the screenshot was for v6, which does not apply to the current version.

The purpose of moving the messages is to save them but keep them out of the clutter of current messages. If I got this correctly, I create an account for each folder I want to move messages to, to organize,( this could be a lot of accounts), and since I use view all accounts, then the messages will still be on the screen which defeats the whole point of moving them. I was kind of hopping for a scenario like the sent mail. It does not show on the screen and I can use the sent mail viewer to view it. Nice and hidden away unless I need it. I want to unclutter the screen not fill it with accounts. Is version 6 available or to select few only?

While v6 will provide a "better" way to do what you're looking for, there is a way to do what you want in v5:
1) Enable "Advanced options" if not already enabled (main menu: Tools / Options / General)
2) Edit the account for your folder
3) Select the "Advanced" page
4) Change "Hide messages from *all accounts*" to either "all" or "read", depending on how you want to use it

Also, keep in mind that it's not necessary to create an account if all you want to do is save your messages -- you can move messages to that folder without creating the account. You only need to create the account if you want to view its messages in PP. (Re-reading your previous post, it seems you already know that)

v6 is currently in closed beta; I'll make an announcement on the forum/website when it's ready for more open testing.
