Common Errors

  • Open FAQ in new window When attempting to activate (Pro, Plus Pack, WebMail subscription), I get an internet error 12157 or 12029.
  • Both these errors can have a similar reason, usually because the system's SSL libraries are not enabled correctly. Here's how to fix this:

    1. In the Windows start menu, type and open Internet Options
    2. Select the Advanced tab
    3. Scroll the list to the bottom and make sure the following are enabled:
      • TLS 1.0
      • TLS 1.1
      • TLS 1.2
    4. Press OK
    5. Activate POP Peeper
